Ordered from Venomous Cosmetics in May 2013. Since I live in Australia post often takes a long time, so I waited 5 weeks to start chasing, only to recieve no reply to any of my emails to info@venomouscosmetics.com or customersupport@venomouscosmetics.com. I tracked down the owner's email from checking out their Facebook page, and once I got through to Tracy she was very apologetic and said my package had shipped on June 1st - which still seems like a long time between ordering and shipping, but whatever.
When the package didn't arrive by June 26th, I emailed again and Tracy was again very apologetic and reshipped the package with extras to make up for the inconvenience.
This package DID arrive, and was frankly jammed full of extras. Tons of extra samples, and an extra full size shadow! Unfortunately, the shadows themselves were pretty variable in quality. The good ones, like Atlantis, were AMAZING but the bad ones were like chalk dust.
Overall, the customer service wasn't ideal but Tracy did what she could to make it right. The products were such a mixed bag, I don't think I would bother again.
