The lipslicks are wonderful. I'm really enamored with the shades and I like that I can build up coverage. They are in pots so a lipbrush is required which sadly makes them less ideal for carrying with me for touchups on the go.
Customer service-wise I didn't need to contact for anything and didn't have any issues but I did get a personalized note in with my order and with the quality of the products and the note it's just a company I feel really good about shopping from. I have another order on the way.
