Corvus Cosmetics

I loved the inspiration behind The Year 3000 collection and after browsing, realized I needed to try them all and ordered the full collection but sample sized.

My order came really fast (I purchased on the 16th and received it on the 20th) which meant I get to play with them sooner! The packaging was super cute, and I loved the handwritten note. Also it came with candy that I devoured within 5 minutes. Wink

Moving on to the colors, they are gorgeous and colors I had liked online: Good News Everyone! and Why Not Zoidberg?; I'm now in love with in person. I like that the collection had a wide range of color, because it allowed me to branch out of my comfort zone. The deal I participated in came with a gwp, which was a nice little surprise as well. I don't have a lot to compare it to, but I received a nice amount of product in my sample that I've used multiple times and I can still get many more uses out of it. I haven't tried it with any glitter glue yet, so I can't comment on that but I have used UDPP and they last throughout the day. I've found the lighter shades to be more buildable and since I like a little more of a dramatic look, I add water. I will have to try it with a glitter primer though.

I ended up having a great experience with Corvus Cosmetics and plan to make another purchase with them.

Corvus Cosmetics

I ordered from this store not long after they opened and I was very pleased. It was a bit ago so I don't remember the exact dates, but TAT wound up being about a week and a half from date of purchase to to the date I received the products. I ordered the full Year 3000 Collection in sample sizes, which also got me a GWP. Not all of the shadows were for me, so I did wind up giving some of them away, but they were definitely all very good quality and color payoff. I found them very smooth and act well over a primer. Some of the colors do operate a little better with a sticky base like Pixie Epoxy (Good News Everyone! comes to mind) but I wouldn't say that any of them need it for it to work.

I feel the sample sizes are extremely generous. I am planning on ordering a full size of Why Not Zoidberg, but wanted to wait until she has her next collection up.

Great products, great customer service!

I can't speak to the TAT because I made a purchase in-person at an IMAM meet-up.  Since I didn't have to pay for shipping costs, I thought it would be a great opportunity to try a single product to get a feel for the quality of her shadows.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that Noel still packaged my single shadow up as she would any of her other orders, complete with two samples and candy.  I'm so glad she did throw in those extra samples because I am in love with all of the colors!  All of the shades I have apply well over a basic primer, and I experience no smudging, creasing, or fading after a twelve-hour day.  I love that I don't have to fuss with a sticky base or glitter glue to bring out the best in these shades.  Will definitely make another purchase in the near future.

TAT: Order was placed on Tue, 1/20. Shipment information received on Mon, 2/3. Package received on Sat, 1/7.

Packaging: Everything was nicely packaged and labeled. Included was a free sample and two pieces of candy!

Product: I ordered the sample collection of "Mouseia," which is inspired by the Greek Muses. The baggies were nicely labeled and filled; they were very generous samples and the bag labels fit on top of a 3g jar perfectly. Some of the colors were light, but they all had great pigmentation. I do advise this collection to be used on a sticky base rather than regular primer.
