I ordered a blogger pack and it arrived quickly, and the full size jar I received was filled to the brim with product. The colors are unique, as well as the concepts behind them. I also got some extra samples of preview products that hadn't released yet, so that was fun to see. I would totally order again, and I love that she's doing a monthly birthstone mini collection.

I love the theme of this company! Seeing collections based off of elements/minerals/semi-precious stones is something that makes me super excited!

When they first opened with the semi-precious collection, I ordered a sample set. Everything arrived safely and securely packaged and the colors are beautiful! Interacting with the owner was great - when I received two samples of one color and was missing another color, she immediately sent out the correct sample. Her response time was terrific! I'm looking forward to trying the newer collections from this company and can't wait to see what they come up with next!

I ordered samples of Mad Lab Cosmetics eye shadow collection. Placed the order on Feb. 1st and received it by the 20th. The colors are beautiful, pigment is spot-on, and it wears all day (on primer). It was also easy to blend and apply. I have already planned another purchase for the very near future.

TAT: Website indicated 7-14 days when I placed my order on Mon, 3/2. Shipment information received on Fri, 3/6. Package received on Sat, 3/14 (because USPS was being silly).

Customer Service: Catherine was super nice and accommodating! Russian Gold was an LE from November, but she still had some leftover, so I was able to place an extra order of a full-size to trade out for the Russian Gold.

Packaging: Everything was neatly packaged and wrapped. She included 2 pieces of candy, which I ate immediately, and 2 samples with my order.

Product: The eyeshadows are extremely soft and pigmented. The colors are pretty true to color based on her Etsy's swatches. The jars were packed with product! I will definitely purchase from Mad Labs again.

Customer service was awesome. I had my first two orders fudged up (no fault of hers), and she was very understanding and accommodating.

Packaging is minimal and pretty. Nothing spilled. Her labels are very clean, I like them.

Product seems to have a bit of glitter fallout, but otherwise great. Pigmentation is great and everything applies and blends nicely.

Will definitely order from her again.

Ordered during the Black Friday sale 2015. Ordered 11/28, Shipped 12/10 received 12/14. I'm pleased all around. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will probably order from them again. I ordered mostly dark colors to use for eyeliner. I should have gotten a full size of Labradorite, that is by far the prettiest one.
