Here is my feedback which I left on their etsy last year (http://i.imgur.com/0atx3W1.jpg) I would directly link you to the feedback, but they no longer operate on etsy, how convenient when they have many negative and neutral feedback scores, and my big story.

I ordered 2 tinted lip balms back in 2011. I had heard at the time that SP&F were notorious for photoshopping their listings and misleading customers into how the colours/finish actually are on real application. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try.

It's easier to explain my story with screenshots of the etsy conversation between the seller and myself, with photos of how the actual products arrived to me.

Before I post the whole saga, look at the state that my products arrived in!

no labelling on product and the wrong colour from what was advertised (http://i.imgur.com/qoCcf.jpg)

this is how it swatched (http://i.imgur.com/uFxPw.jpg) and this is how it was advertised(http://img2.etsystatic.com/il_570xN.267464202.jpg)

the second lip tint, that was clearly used (http://i.imgur.com/ziEqD.jpg)

and another photo of the same used lip tint (http://i.imgur.com/5qTX9.jpg)

Now here are the messages between me and the seller. I consolidated it all into 1 image, so it's easier to read. (http://i.imgur.com/1CbJ5Ya.jpg)

In summary, this is the worst experience I've had to date. They tried to pin it on Australian customs for this monumental mistake, and then tried to sweeten me up to change my feedback by offering a voucher to their store.

Would not touch with a 10 foot pole.

Here are some other negative past experiences with SweetPea&Fay from other people here (http://baroque-in-babylon.blogspot.com.au/2011/05/sweet-pea-and-fay-review-and-swatches.html) and here (http://amyvalentinex.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/sweetpea-fay.html)

I ordered from S&F during a black Friday sale last year and they took over a month to get my order out, while customers who ordered after the sale received theirs first. I was pissed. Their customer service erased my comments asking where my order was.

That said, if you can order from Amazon or someone else (S&F offers wholesales for retailers), then do it. It costs the same and you don't have to deal with S&F's customer service. The lipstick is totally worth it in my opinion. I have almost all their shades except their blues, yellows, and greens and wear them all the time. The wear time is excellent (I generally get 6+ hours if I'm not cramming food in my face hole), the color is totally opaque, and they aren't drying in my experience.
