It just doesn't make me want to order from Concrete Minerals.

I didn't like the primer, it actually gave me this weird redness around my eye, and I probably should have asked for a refund but never got around to it. Now I'm sure it's a bit too late. However, I ordered some of their matte shadows, and while some were very pigmented, some were a bit weak and looked very different from the swatch pictures. Also, one of them had streaks of red in it when swatched, which means it wasn't mixed properly. So I'm quite 50/50 about the shop as a whole :/

I have purchased from them quite a bit, for the most part the shadows are very pigmented, but they do not really match the colors on the site. They also do not blend as well as other shadows i use. The customer service has really gone down over the last couple years. I dont think i will be purchasing from them again.
