The product was so solid as to be difficult to get out of the container, and was so strongly scented with very sweet fake vanilla that it gave me a headache and made me feel sick. I couldn't keep the product on long enough to figure out if it helped my skin; I ended up giving it away. I am interested in trying some of their skincare, but I would not personally buy their body products again.

Awful smells

Post by Anon on Tue Aug 20, 2013 8:37 pm

Everything I have tried from 100% Pure has smelled AWFUL. Like, truly terrible. 100 times stronger than Jolly Ranchers!

I had to throw away their Green Apple Body Butter because it smelled so bad.

I have the 100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Lip Glaze in Fruit Punch and Peach Bellini and I really like them. They're really moisturizing and nicely pigmented. I also have their coffee bean eye cream, which smells uh-may-zing and seems to do a decent job on the de-puffing front. The reviews out there on some of their other stuff aren't so great, so I probably won't try many new things from them but I do love the things I decided to buy.
