I cannot for the life of me not use at least one eyeshadow from this company in my daily routine (among quite a lot of palettes I already have). Great shipping and I like how they always send a sample, a sticker, and a cute photocard of a product (as I like taping them to my closet door). And well timed shipping. I received my product in 7 days of ordering.

Products themselves: In terms of price (and mathematically I really did work this one out), it is the same price as getting a 4-shadow Inglot Freedom pan filled out. In terms of amount of product, you technically get more. So more bang for the buck. In addition, for someone that like bright-as-they-appear colors, this really proves to be that.

I will say, as I'm not the only one experiencing this, but batch issues do occur. Sad to say in my Burning Heart quad Love+ and Buttercupcake just won't bloody work for the life of me. However, my other palettes have really pulled their weight.

The Chromalusts are awesome! Also very true to color. But some very much require a sticky base as there is micro-glitter fallout. Anyway, I did a review with swatches a while back. You can find it: HERE

The best deal I've found on Sugarpill is having a friend send you a free gift card to Karmaloop on the Wrapp gift card app, and ordering through Karmaloop (they also often have coupon codes).

I also own three of their loose pigments - which I plan on forking more cash over to collect them all - and a couple of false eyelashes.

They're definitely a little bit pricey compared to other indie brands but the quality and quantity is well worth the price. I've had zero issues with their products or their service - there's nothing to complain about.

stickytapir wrote:I was a apart of a group buy and we decanted several of the chromalusts amongst the 6 of us. I personally would not purchase these individually. Just too expensive, and it's personally too much product for what I would use, and I feel like it would be a waste. I would definitely recommend going on a group buy with some friends if you're thinking of purchasing the chromalusts.

The pigments are outstanding though, however, as pretty as they are, I have come across way more unique colours from other formulators. However colours such as Tiara, Junebug, Asylum, Lumi and Royal Sugar are definitely hard to come by anywhere else, and that's where I go to Sugarpill.

The fall out can be a nightmare with some of the chromalusts, particularly Goldilux and Tiara xD So do make sure to have your glitter glue/sticky base on.

Everything is so nicely put together, including the website, when you get the package you're actually excited to get it and open it because of all of the cuteness waiting for you inside. Not even just that, their customer service has always been great for me, when my Mochi was not working out well and actually cracked down the middle 5 months AFTER I bought the quad, Amy sent me a new one THAT day. That's service for you Smile And down to the pressed shadows, they're great, amazing even. I love all of them, the only one I have SLIGHT problems with is Buttercupcake, but that's to be expected from almost all yellow matte shadows, even long time big companies have icky payoff, and Buttercupcake is smoother than them as well Mad The loose shadows I don't find myself using as much, but they are gorgeous and pigmented, just better used wet. I ended up selling samples of a lot of them because the jars were just way too big for me Mad

I've got two palettes- the Cold Chemistry and Burning Heart palettes. I was very impressed with both, as well as the sample of Goldilux I got.

Loooove this company. I purchased the burning heart palette and could not be more pleased with it. The colors are bright, pigmented, and really easy to work with. Bonus, they have pressed pigments available as well as loose. This is such a rarity in an indie company it deserves recognition. As for customer service, I didn't have to deal with them because my order was perfect (and really, is there a better testimony than that?) and arrived on time. I would highly recommend the burning heart palette and I'm definitely going back to get the sweetheart palette next!
