Some of the shadows I have from them are on the sheerer side to what I am used to, but there are some pretty shades in the bunch. They do feel nice, and apply smoothly. I just wish some of the samples I have had more oomph to them. I've got some swatches here (http://personellietea.com/2012/04/21/ticktock-cosmetics-swatcherooni-part-2-neutralswarm-tones/) and here (http://personellietea.com/2012/04/08/ticktock-cosmetics-swatcherooni-part-1-bluesgreysgreensyellows/) if anybody is interested.
Their customer service was lovely. They emailed me to let me know there would be a delay, and to let me know that they had run out of the regular sample bags they used, and asked me if I preferred to have them shipped to me in larger bags, as they would arrive quicker (the other bags were dependent on how fasty their supplier would ship to them) so I took them up on their offer. They threw in a few bonus samples as well
What I like most of all from Tick Tock are their eyeshadow bases. I have Black Hole and Milky Way.

I really like their white eyeshadow base. I find it a little stiffer and easier to apply than things like NYX Milk. They shipped quickly and were really generous with samples.
The owner wrote a little note (more than just thanks, which is still nice) thanking me.
The shadows were a little sheer compared to some, but there are some beautiful, unique colors.
