SC is the 4th indie brand I have tried and Im super impressed with the quality of the shadows and the fast shipping. The pigments are so bright. I really like the sample vials. I was worried at first that they might pop open or would be difficult to use, but the stopper is rubber and stays in the vial well. The shadow also coats the part of the stopper within the vial, so when you take the stopper out you just have to use your brush and take the powder from the stopper, rather than fussing with what is in the vial. For $1 each they are really a steal. Its a very generous quantity. I only wish there were more colors, but with the selection around 50 youre bound to find many you will like.

Shipping was very fast and sample vials are generously filled. The shadows are well pigmented, and I find them easy enough to apply and blend with minimal fall out. Not a world shatteringly fabulous formula or experience, and the shades are not necessarily complex or different, but would purchase again.

TAT: Order was placed on Wed, 2/25. Shipment information received on Fri, 2/27. Package received on Mon, 3/2.

Packaging: Everything was nicely packaged and labeled. The trial vials were cute and filled with product! I asked if Kelly was able to include round stickers, which she provided with no problem! Kelly also gave me a small cat sticker as well. :3

Product: I chose a set of 5 colors to buy, most of them neutrals. The shadows are pigmented and soft. As mentioned before, the trial vials were LOADED with product and were fairly easy to use. One of the eyeshadows almost overflowed my 3g jar I decanted the samples into. I will definitely order from Scaredy Cat again.
