I love this shop! This shop sneaked into my 2013 favorites. I wrote a review of it here: http://www.indieknow.net/2014/01/company-overview-paintbox-soapworks.html

2/21/2015 update: Let me elaborate a bit! I still absolutely love this shop. Paintbox is one of the very, very few indie scent shops from which I'll order full sizes without having first sampled the scents. I've tried a bunch of the shop's scents and have only run into a couple stinkers (HA) so far. Here are some general product reviews:

Glycerin soaps: Love these. I have very dry skin, and bar soap often makes my skin feel super stripped with a bonus tacky-feeling residue. Paintbox's glycerin soaps are totally different - they make me feel clean but not stripped, rinse away without residue, and leave a very light scent that I can really only smell if I get my arm up within a few inches of my nose.

Hand lotion: This is a nice formula, good for using at my computer-heavy day job because it sinks in almost instantly. It's not especially heavy duty and only staves off dryness until the next time I wash my hands, but since it absorbs so quickly it doesn't bother me to reapply through the day. I believe the shop stocks an unscented version if you don't want it to interfere with your perfume.

Solid scent balms: Eehhhhhh I was disappointed in these, but I think that's at least partially because I went in hoping they'd be solid perfumes. The scents don't have nearly enough strength or staying power for that, and the formula is not soft enough to glide on skin. If you want a lightly scented balm for cuticles or dry spots, this is a good option. If you want a leave-on product that will help you smell like your favorite Paintbox scent, stick with the lotions.

Sorbetto body scrub: Very nice. Densely packed with larger sugar granules for a good scrub. I think it's slightly drying on me so I prefer Haus of Gloi's emulsifying scrubs, but I am always happy to use any mini Paintbox scrubs which show up in my orders.

Bath Streusel: I think I may have gotten a bad batch, but I realllly didn't like this. I tried it in Punkie Night, a seriously spicy pumpkin-y Halloween scent. It left a ton of oil droplets on the surface of my bath water and smelled strongly of a straight cinnamon oil that stabbed up into my sinuses. I believe I felt a little moisturized getting out of the tub, but I'd rather just put on lotion than have another bath like that. /u/speakstruth got the same product (in the same scent, I think?) and had a much better experience, which is why I'm thinking I might have just gotten a bad one.

I have a hot process soap in my stash, and I'll be sure to review it here after I've tried it out. Supposedly it's more moisturizing than the glycerin soaps, so I'm really looking forward to it.

Favorite scents so far: Whiskers (slightly sweet, creamy, fresh sandalwood), Gingermilk (much more milk than ginger and super soothing), The Englishman (sexy leather), Beet It (fresh dirt and the cleanest patchouli I've ever smelled)

Paintbox Soapworks (Etsy) is prompt, friendly, personal customer service! She offered to make a special listing for me for a custom product that she wasn't et ready to mass produce. One of the few shops I have found that offers a range of fragrance-free body products! Totally recommend!

I've ordered from Paintbox Soapworks one time and had a fantastic experience! I ordered their paintbox sampler and my fiance and I had such a fun time trying out all of the samples and choosing which ones we like! The soap left me feeling clean without making me feel super dried out and the scents were fantastic! TAT was really quick - three or so days, if I remember correctly. I definitely plan to order from them again soon!
