I received my order on 7/15/13... except, it was not my order. It was the order of someone else who has my same first name. I e-mailed the company, and I received a failure notice - "The e-mail message could not be delivered because the user's mailfolder is full." Checking their website, there was no other e-mail address to contact via, and even the Facebook page had no contact options. So, with no other way to contact, I tried several more times, and on 7/16/13 it would seem that my e-mail went through.

On 7/19/13 the owner e-mailed a response to the other party involved in the mix-up and CC'd me (she never did respond directly to my e-mail - still not sure if it went through). The owner apologized and said we could keep each other's orders, and that she would re-send what we should have received in the first place.

I e-mailed the owner on 7/27/13 to ask if my order had shipped, since I had seen nothing in the mail, and it had been over a week. I received no reply to the e-mail, and today I received the package. It was postmarked 7/29/13. All of the eyeshadows I ordered were inside. There was a note on the packslip that said, "I'm sorry for the mix-up ". That's nice, but doesn't make up for lack of communication. Very disappointed.
